Today we went to Kalininsk to show our son to our grandparents. It’s their 8th grandchild, but the first they’ve seen in person.
I’ve still never tested slide shows in tumblr. Let’s try. 5 todays pictures from a short walk in a park.
Two days ago found a book with a bookmark in the middle and decided to read it up to the end. I’ve been reading during two days and had a strange feeling that everything seem to be familiar. I checked up in my book list and found out that I’ve finished this book in January 2009. Oops.
Now reading “All FamiliesAre Psychotic” by Douglas Coupland. By the way, I thought I’ve read almost everything he wrote but wikipedia says it is still a long way to go:

What I like in reading “hardware” paper books is that they don’t automatically close after two minutes being untouched.
iPhoneography
Just found out that iPhone photography is extremely popular nowdays. There is a special term for this - iphonography. And a lot of various resources exist - applications for image processing, blogs, photo galleries. For example this group on flickr is dedicated to images processed with CameraBag application. And there are a lot of others. As for blogs so the first resource I found is the best camera community, and today I’ve subscribed to iphoneography.com blog with not only pictures but with a lot of showcases and stories of professional photograpers who uses their iPhones for fun (for example this blog of Scott Macdonald). Interesting.
Stupid picture of me for GPOYW. Trying out sister’s stuff. Looking so silly :-) by the way still haven’t experience in making self-portraits using an iPhone. Just difficult to compose a scene and not to look to the screen at the same time. Have a great tomorrow!
Text notes
After all my attempts to find an ideal iPhone application for making text notes with online access and bidirectional synchronization made a decision to use Evernote. I’ve tested just three applications - standard iPhone Notes, Simplenote and Evernote.
